Pastors & Leaders Conference
We are coming back to Orlando on June 4-5, 2026, for the Pastors and Leaders Conference! Bring your team for two days that have been designed to encourage and equip you to lead churches and ministries that honor the presence of God and teach His Word.
The last four years of this event have been marked by powerful encounters with the Lord, deep biblical teaching, and authentic community. So whether you lead a church or ministry, serve on staff, or volunteer in any ministry capacity, this conference was created for you. It is truly our privilege to serve you and your team.

Breakout Sessions
Breakouts are a great opportunity to ask questions and dive deeper into specific areas of the church and ministry.
It’s our joy to serve you and your team!
Worship
What does it look like to have true unity amongst a worship team? How does one minister solely to the Lord and not become prideful in their own abilities? What is the best way to approach songwriting?
At Jesus Image, we do not believe that worship is a precursor to a better moment called “the sermon.” Jesus is the point of worship. Our heart is to serve your team by teaching and equipping you with what the Scriptures have to say about the privilege of worshiping Jesus and leading people into His presence.
During this breakout, you will be able to ask questions of some of the most proven and authentic worshipers of Jesus in the body of Christ.
Youth & Children’s Ministry
From building a unified team culture to navigating the challenges of portable church environments — our team is honored to serve you and offer what we have learned while serving kids in God’s presence.
This breakout will cover curriculum planning, classroom schedules, leadership training, recruiting and equipping volunteers, handling long main services, creating a Spirit-filled and biblical atmosphere, and activating kids in their faith. We believe that children are near to the heart of God, and our role as leaders is to prioritize the next generation.
Our children’s ministry has had the absolute privilege of watching our kids learn the Scriptures, be touched by the Holy Spirit, and activate their faith in everyday life.
Church & Ministry Leadership
Learn from multiple senior leaders, including Pastor Michael and Jessica Koulianos, on building churches and ministries in the presence of God. This breakout will allow you to ask questions on how to honor the Lord with the privilege of leadership, how to communicate and steward God’s vision for your organization, how to handle the hardships of ministry, how to train and encourage your team, and more!
We believe that God is raising up a generation of leaders who love Jesus more than their ministries and churches. Our goal is to bring everything back to the Word of God and the power of His greatest message, the Gospel.

The speaking schedule is not released prior to our events for security reasons. While these are the logistical reasons, our primary goal is to minister directly to the heart of Jesus. We want our focus to remain on Him and as we gather together we want it to be just for Him. While we love our speakers and fully believe we have the best possible line up from around the world, we want Jesus to be the one and only subject.
