How do I find out what’s been happening at Jesus Image?
There are two main ways to stay in touch with what’s happening:
- Social Media. Through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube we post regularly about our upcoming events, testimonies, and news.
- Email list. This is how we send out monthly updates. Sign up here.
What is a monthly partner?
A monthly partner is someone who has committed to join with us both financially and with prayer covering. We couldn’t do what we do without our partners and we are blessed to connect with you. If you are interested in becoming a partner, you can set up an account here. Please be sure to include your email address so we can send your giving receipts and year-end statements.
Is my giving tax-deductible?
Yes. Charitable contributions to Jesus Image are tax-deductible with the exception of payments made for student tuition or student fees. Jesus Image is recognized to be exempt from Federal Income Tax as described in Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
Update Contact Information
To update your contact info sign in to your account by going to and clicking sign-in in the top right corner or by clicking this link here. Once you sign in, you can navigate to your profile by clicking your name in the top right corner of the screen, and in the drop-down menu select User Profile. Then, from the list on the left, you can update your email, address, and phone number under contact preferences. You can also call or email us your updated contact information and we can change it for you.
Update or cancel recurring donations
To update sign into your account by going to jesusimage.kindful.com and clicking sign-in in the top right corner or by clicking this link here. Once you sign in, you can navigate to your profile by clicking your name in the top right corner of the screen, and in the drop-down menu select User Profile. Then, from the list on the left you can update your email, address, and phone number under contact preferences and your credit card, billing, and recurring donation information under Billing Information. You can also call or email us your updated contact information and we can change it for you.
Will I get a statement for tax purposes?
Yes. At the beginning of each year, we email our end-of-year statements. To ensure you receive your statement, please make sure your current email address is listed on your account and be sure to mark all donations with that email, including those made by cash or check.
Can I set up a meeting with Michael?
While Michael would love to be able to take personal meetings, due to time constraints with his family, many responsibilities, and desire to stay faithful to God and focused on the Lord’s call for his life, he is not able to meet individually. When he is not speaking at the school or other events, he focuses his time on his family. We would love to partner with you while you are waiting for your breakthrough. Fortunately, we have a wonderful group of staff and students who are praying over you every week. You are welcome to submit prayer requests on our website here.
Can I visit the office?
We do not currently offer office hours.
Can I submit a prayer request?
Yes. You can submit a prayer request here.
Who prays over my request?
When you submit your prayer requests, our team of staff and Jesus School students partner and contend with you for your breakthrough.
FAQs for Jesus Image Events
Can I volunteer at an upcoming Jesus Image event?
Yes. You can sign up to volunteer at the event website. You can see our upcoming events on the calendar. Please be sure to read all the requirements under ticket details.
Is there a minimum age to volunteer?
Yes, for insurance reasons we can only allow individuals 18 and older to volunteer at our events.
Is translation available?
We do not currently have translation services, but we hope to add them in the future.
What hotels do you recommend?
Our recommended hotels can be found on the event website. You can see our upcoming events on the calendar.
Do you offer childcare at your events?
No, we do not offer childcare at our events.
Are children able to come?
Yes, we love having children with us. We recommend sitting on an aisle near an exit in case you need to step out.
Is there a children’s rate?
Children under 2-years old that will be sitting in a parent’s lap are free and do not need to be registered. Those over 2 years old or needing their own seats will need to have full registration.
What if I want my child to attend one of the main services with me?
Children registered for the children’s service have the option to attend either service. However, they must be registered for the children’s service in order to attend the children’s service.
Do we need to pick up children for lunch?
Yes, children will need to be picked up during lunch breaks daily by 12:30 pm. Lunch will not be provided
Do children under the age of 6 still need to be registered to attend the main service?
Kids under 2 years old are free, but it is necessary to purchase a ticket for a child over 2 years old due to them needing a seat. Children under the age of 6 cannot register for the children’s service.
Is there special seating I can purchase?
No, we only have general admission available.
Do you have special seating for pastors?
We deeply honor pastors but we are unable to offer special seating. This is due to the large amount of Pastors who attend.
Is there special seating for partners?
No. We would love for all of our partners to join us at our events
Am I able to get a refund?
No, we have a strict no-refund policy.
Can I transfer or donate my ticket?
- Yes. To transfer, go to your confirmation email, under Order Summary select View & Manage, then edit the contact info.

Do you offer Day/Night passes (partial registration)?
Day/night passes might be offered depending on availability. Usually, once the event starts, if we still have seats available we will be able to offer day passes, but these are not guaranteed. You can find more information at the event site. You can see our upcoming events on the calendar.
What is the speaking schedule?
The speaking schedule is not released prior to our events for security reasons and possible changes. While these are the logistical reasons, our primary goal is to minister directly to the heart of Jesus. We want our focus to remain on Him and as we gather together we want it to be just for Him. While we love our speakers and fully believe we have the best possible line up from around the world, we want Jesus to be the one and only subject.
When do the doors open?
Typically, the doors open 1 hour prior to each service. More information can be found on the event site using our upcoming events page.
